What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Act as the Human Resources Business Partner for assigned functions, closely following business objectives and organizational needs,
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure the right talent is attracted and onboarded into the organization,
• Follow up on performance, talent and career management processes in coordination with relevant teams,
• Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement,
• Support initiatives related to organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning and development needs,
• Effectively manage Human Resources-related requests from employees and managers,
• Regularly analyze and report Human Resources data and generate insights to support decision-making processes,
• Ensure that relevant Human Resources processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures,
• Collaborate with different teams and business units to contribute to the effectiveness of Human Resources processes.

What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
• Preferably experienced in an HR Business Partner role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG industries,
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, talent management and employee experience processes,
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant legislation,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and results-oriented working capabilities,
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously,
• Adaptable to change, development-oriented and willing to take ownership,
• Interested in the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools in business processes, follows emerging technologies and preferably has hands-on experience in this area,
• Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP SuccessFactors experience is preferred,
• Excellent command of English.
