Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks for potential candidates.
• Support all HR and payroll-related activities, such as maintaining employees’ attendance records and processing leaves and claims information.
• Onboard new employees by ensuring the completion of necessary paperwork.
• Manage employee records and maintain an accurate HR database.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs.
• Handling all employee training arrangements and Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) applications.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and assist to liaise with all relevant government agencies.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you by the HR Manager and Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
