Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement HR policies, disciplinary matters, and employee compliance.
• Manage monthly payroll and salary processing, including attendance, deductions, allowances, statutory contributions, and payroll verification.
• Handle disciplinary cases, including warning letters, show cause letters, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee, salary, payroll, and disciplinary records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Prepare HR letters, payroll reports, disciplinary reports, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with management and HODs on policy, disciplinary, salary, and payroll matters.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
