Human Resources Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage key HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle HR Operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
• Handle employee queries, concerns, and employee relations matters.
• Support performance management , probation, PIP, and confirmation processes.
• Maintain HR MIS, reports, trackers, and employee records.
• Support HR policies, compliance, and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR/HR Generalist roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of TA, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
