Human Resources Executive

About the role

This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee records, onboarding, and HR documentation. You will coordinate with government agencies and external vendors on HR matters, organize office operations, and support management across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain and update employee and intern records
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and oversee intern management
• Handle HR-related documentation, permits, and renewals, including for foreign workers
• Liaise with government agencies and external vendors for HR matters
• Organize office supplies, documents, and handle general administrative duties
• Support management in planning and coordinating internal tasks, meetings, and reports
• Manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with HR processes, recruitment platforms and managing foreign worker documentation
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR and/or administrative experience preferred
