Human Resources Executive

Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor degree related to human resources management, in a reputable tertiary education institution
• Valid driving license, class D
• Familiar with Employment Act & Labour Ordinance of Sabah and Sarawak and other related regulations and acts to meet compliances
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationship
• Effective self-management and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of payroll processing to meet pay day and timely distribution of pay slips
• Manage the recruitment process through job posting, screen and shortlist suitable candidates, verify background documentation, coordinate interview with the hiring manager, arrangement of assessment with third party vendor & pre-employment medical checkup on timely basis
• Identify suitable training program and liaise with the training provider to meet training needs
• Administer HRDC grant applications to secure funding approval and ensure claims are reimbursed
• Assist in safety & health aspects to create awareness in the workforce
• Attend and handle employee’s complaint / grievances tactfully to ensure harmony at the workplace
• Organize annual/occasional staff events to meet employee engagement objectives
• Execute human resources daily administration and operations to meet employees' services needs and support other business needs to the organization
• Assist in pre and post of annual performance appraisal exercise or periodical review to better manage the employee's performance
• Communicate effectively among internal customers and with external customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
