Human Resources Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and share job postings on relevant platforms.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until joining.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring status.
• Support other HR activities as required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
