Human Resources Executive

About the role

PHP Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic HR team. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of human resources services across the organisation, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and business success.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Assisting with the onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
• Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files in accordance with data protection regulations and company policies
• Providing administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and managing correspondence
• Supporting the delivery of employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, grievances and performance management processes
• Assisting with the organisation of training and development programmes, including coordination and attendance tracking
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration activities, liaising with relevant departments and external providers
• Helping to ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulations and company HR policies
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as required by management

What we're looking for

• A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred)

• 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role, ideally within a similar operational or management support capacity

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Malaysia

• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels

• Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to support multiple HR functions
