Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

• Execute overall HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including managing administrative systems for foreign worker documentation.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook, internal SOPs, and HR policies.
• Utilize and manage the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for efficient data tracking and HR operations (prior experience using HRMS is a strong advantage).

Payroll & Compliance

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage statutory submissions and liaise directly with government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
• Ensure strict company compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and all relevant labor laws.

Performance & Employee Relations

• Support performance management, including tracking KPIs and assisting with employee evaluations.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters and daily HR inquiries.
• Organize company events (e.g., annual Sports Night) and drive employee engagement initiatives.
