About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team at AMALEENA JEWEL SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Baru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with our organisational objectives. What you'll be doing

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
• Support the administration of employee records, maintaining accurate and confidential HR documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR reports, and managing HR databases
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting a positive work environment
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programmes, training initiatives, and workplace events
• Process payroll-related documentation and liaise with payroll service providers to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
• Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labour laws and occupational safety and health requirements
• Support performance management processes and contribute to employee development initiatives
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive employee information
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling HR matters
• Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to support team objectives
• Proficiency in HR management systems or HRIS platforms is preferred
• Experience with payroll administration or benefits management is a plus
