Human Resources Executive

About the role

HR Executives oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding processes
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, handle grievances, and maintain a positive work environment
• Identify skill gaps, arrange training, workshops, and development programs
• Manage payroll, benefits, allowances, claims, and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to Employment Act, record-keeping, and proper documentation for hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, and HR reporting
• Handle work permits, visas, and expatriate administration when required
