We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle in a fast-paced IT/semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS/HRIS data.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
• Coordinate with client HR teams for employee onboarding and documentation.
• Support employee relations and other HR operational activities.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations roles.
• Experience in IT services is preferred.
• Knowledge of GreytHr, Google workspace, MS Excel, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
