Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team in Hlaing Thar Yar!

📍 Position: HR Executive (1 Post)

📍 Location: Hlaing Thar Yar (HQ)

💰 Salary: Negotiable (Based on qualifications & experience)

⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday & Public Holidays Off)

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy approval to onboarding.

Prepare and post job announcements across various recruitment channels.

Coordinate internal and external announcements for new hires.

Collaborate with recruitment agencies, universities, and institutes for talent sourcing and mass recruitment.

Perform candidate background checks and reference verifications.

Handle job offer management and salary negotiations effectively.

Conduct employee orientation, manage onboarding paperwork, brief company policies, and conduct exit interviews/clearances.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR databases (promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.).

🎯 Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or relevant certification in Human Resource Management.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Proven track record in sourcing junior to mid-level professional roles.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
