Job Descriptions

• Manage the full recruitment process from approved vacancy to successful hire.

• Prepare and publish job vacancies across relevant recruitment channels.

• Internal/External announcement of new hires through company announcement.

• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, universities, and training institutes to support mass recruitment drives.

• Ensure thorough background checks and reference verifications for potential candidates. - Good offer management and negotiation skills with candidates.

• Conduct orientation for new hires, collect employee documents, explain company policies, and handle exit interviews and clearance letters.

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.

• Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, and update data for promotions, transfers, confirmations, and terminations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or certifications in Human Resources field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

• Experience recruiting junior and mid-level professional positions.

• Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

• Familiarity with recruitment channels and candidate markets.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
