HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

About the role

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing the full cycle of human resources operations, including payroll processing, leave and claims administration, recruitment, and HR correspondence. The role requires working knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and involves general HR administrative duties and ad hoc assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly payroll (payroll punctuality and accuracy) and statutory payment
• Record annual leave, medical leave, hospitalization leave, accident claims and related reports
• Full cycle of recruitment process and selection right up to offer of employment (post recruitment advertisements, manage recruitment queries, coordinate interview arrangements, review applicants at initial screening stages)
• Prepare internal memorandum and related to human resources correspondence
• Working knowledge in the understanding and application of current Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act of Malaysia
• General HR administrative duties and any other adhoc assignments from time to time

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the area of Human Resources
• Pleasant and engaging personality and likes to engage with people
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel. Emas Payroll software experience will be an added advantage
• Possess a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
• Numerically inclined and possess good analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Meticulous, committed and has good organization skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment
