Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining accurate HR records. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves implementing HR policies, supporting compliance with relevant regulations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on HR initiatives. The HR Executive will handle employee relations, resolve workplace queries, support performance management processes, and assist in organizing training and development activities. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment, conducting HR documentation, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and basic talent acquisition support.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as handling onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and payroll coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement support.
• Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies, such as implementing policies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining updated HR procedures.
• Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in HR roles within technology or SaaS organizations is beneficial, along with familiarity with HRIS tools and basic labor law knowledge.
