MedX Pharma is a growing pharmaceutical company committed to excellence in healthcare and business operations. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support our human resource and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance management, leave records, and employee data updates.
• Prepare salary sheets and assist in payroll processing.
• Track employee expenses, reimbursements, and related records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR and administrative reports.
• Operate and maintain HR software and employee databases.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments for HR and administrative requirements.
• Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA HR preferred).
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior HR or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
