Human Resources Executive

Company Description CUBE is a cloud-based digital construction platform designed to manage the full lifecycle of building and infrastructure projects. About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment records. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition in a dynamic, technology-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review applications, assess candidate suitability against job descriptions, and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment status reports to ensure an organised hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with offer rollouts, salary discussions within approved guidelines, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure successful joining.
• Understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and feedback from stakeholders to support timely closure of open positions.
• Prepare regular updates on sourcing activity, interview status, offer acceptance, and joining progress.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.

Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
