Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management and a good understanding of UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and offboarding.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and employee databases.
• Support recruitment, offer documentation, and joining formalities.
• Assist with leave management, attendance, and other HR administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analyse data using advanced Excel.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and MS Office.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
• Knowledge of JAFZA portals and related processes will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
