We are looking for a Human Resources Executive at our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding)
• Handle employee onboarding and exit processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
• Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in performance management and HR reporting

Administrative Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities management
• Coordinate with vendors (IT, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Manage office supplies, assets, and infrastructure
• Ensure workplace discipline, hygiene, and smooth functioning
• Support management in operational coordination tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
• Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll inputs, and compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools/software
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
