Human Resources Executive / Senior

About the role

This role involves managing payroll administration, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting HR operations, and providing employee support across payroll and HR-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with statutory deductions
• Handle overtime, allowances, bonuses, and other pay components
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management
• Liaise with government agencies (LHDN, PERKESO, EPF) for submissions and queries
• Keep updated with changes in employment laws and statutory requirements
• Assist in employee onboarding, contract preparation, and documentation
• Maintain accurate HR records, including leave, attendance, and personnel files
• Support HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations
• Act as a point of contact for payroll and HR-related queries

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and statutory compliance
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
