Human Resources Generalist (Onsite - Winston-Salem, NC)

We're partnering with a strong manufacturing company in Winston-Salem that is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a large, fast-paced facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the plant floor, building relationships with employees, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership. The ideal candidate is personable and approachable, but also confident enough to make decisions, handle employee relations matters, and work independently.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions
• Training documentation and compliance
• Employee engagement and event planning
• Benefits, leave administration, and HR support
• Partnering with managers and supervisors across the facility
• Supporting a positive and productive workplace culture

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• HRIS experience (UKG is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
