Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and general workplace matters.
  • Assist managers and employees with conflict resolution, performance management procedures, and the documentation of performance plans.
  • Support the HR Director with internal investigations and the resolution of sensitive employee relations issues in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain employee files, job requisitions, I-9 documentation, workers’ compensation records, and related HR files to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support for the planning and coordination of company events, including employee gatherings, town halls, and recognition programs.
  • Perform other administrative duties and HR projects as assigned.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional HR experience, including a combination of recruitment and employee relations functions.
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar), ATS tools, and MS Office.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools (such as Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar) to streamline workflows, support recruiting efforts, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and professional objectivity.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not required.
