Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads
• Maintain updated employee records and personnel files

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Promote a positive work environment and company culture
• Assist in performance management and evaluations

HR Administration

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
• Maintain HR databases, contracts, and employment documents
• Prepare HR reports, attendance, and leave records

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
• Ensure timely processing of employee benefits and deductions
• Support compensation reviews and adjustments

Training & Development

• Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
• Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company rules, and internal regulations
• Assist in audits, inspections, and policy updates
• Support workplace health and safety programs
