Human Resources Generalist

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee the day-to-day HR operations and provide comprehensive HR support to our organization. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This position requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who can effectively collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. New Employee Onboarding:

· Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

· Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

· Conduct investigations and participate in disciplinary actions when necessary.

· Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. HR Administration:

· Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping.

· Assist in benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee inquiries.

· Handle HR-related reporting and data analysis as needed.

· Keep up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

4. Performance Management:

· Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.

· Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.

· Conduct training sessions on performance management best practices.

5. Training and Development:

· Identify training needs within the organization and assist in the development of training programs.

· Coordinate and track employee training and development initiatives.

6. Benefits and Compensation:

· Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.

· Provide support during the annual compensation review process.

· Ensure that the company's compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

7. HR Reporting and Analytics:

· Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Generate reports for management as needed.

· Utilize data to make recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

· Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

· Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

· SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
