📍 Irvine, CA | Full-Time | $70,000-$90,000

Are you an HR professional looking for your next opportunity and ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team in Irvine!

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of HR experience who enjoys working with people and wants to be involved in all areas of HR. You’ll work closely with our employees and management and have the opportunity to take ownership of a variety of HR responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Employee onboarding & offboarding

• Benefits & open enrollment

• Payroll support

• Recruiting & hiring

• Employee relations

• PTO administration

• Workers’ compensation

• HR records

• California HR compliance

• Employee training

• Supporting managers and employees with HR questions

• Working with our insurance broker, payroll provider and other vendors

What we're looking for:

✔️ 2–5 years of hands-on HR experience

✔️ California HR experience

✔️ Benefits & Payroll experience

✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔️ Someone who is approachable, dependable and enjoys helping people

✔️ Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

Bonus:

Paylocity experience, workers’ comp, multi-state HR, SHRM/PHR certification, or experience in a small company. SHRM-CP, PHR or PHR-CA certification is a plus, but not required.
