Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance for our Texas office. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted liaison between management and staff while ensuring full alignment with state and federal labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration (FMLA, ADA).

Handle employee relations, workplace conflict resolution, and performance management guidance.

Ensure strict compliance with US Federal, State (Texas), and local employment regulations (FLSA, OSHA, EEOC).

Assist with multi-state/Texas payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping audits.

Maintain employee records, HRIS accuracy, and internal policy documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR concentration), or a closely related field is REQUIRED.

Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience within the US market.

Strong working knowledge of Texas State Labor Laws and US employment standards.

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Gusto, Rippling, or similar) and ATS tools.

Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a strong plus.
