Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems such as HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operational workflows.
• Conduct employee evaluations, performance management reviews, and support training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Lead change management efforts by developing strategic plans for organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve concerns effectively.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and HR legal requirements through diligent recordkeeping and policy updates.
• Support HR sourcing activities by leveraging various channels to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Utilize Excel data analysis skills to generate reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, workforce demographics, and training progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing personnel administration tasks with precision and integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or as an HR generalist within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro; experience with HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel for data collection and analysis purposes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change management strategies and organizational design projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills for employee relations and conflict resolution efforts.
