What they need
The Mother of God Family of Parishes in Kettering, Ohio, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Generalist. In conjunction with the HR Manager, the Generalist will support staff and leadership across 3 campus locations. This position has the potential to be part-time or full-time.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Development/revision of job descriptions, processes, policies, and handbooks
- Training and development
- Workplace culture and engagement
- Employee relations
- Additional responsibilities to be determined
Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management
- 5 + years of applicable human resources experience
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workplace
- A preference will be given to practicing Catholic applicants
