What You’ll Do

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and orientations
• Administer benefits and open enrollment
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data
• Support HR compliance and company policies
• Assist with weekly payroll processing
• Support employee relations, training, and development
• Lead safety initiatives and reporting
• Manage unemployment claims and hearings

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree , required
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, required
• Background in manufacturing, required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
• PHR certification preferred
