Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless employee orientation experience.
• Administer employee evaluation programs, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth and skill enhancement.
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication of company benefits packages while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as FMLA and workers' compensation policies.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM to maintain accurate employee data and generate insightful reports through Excel data analysis.
• Support regulatory compliance management by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law, OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements.
• Facilitate change management projects related to organization design, workforce management, and succession planning to support strategic business objectives.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality while resolving conflicts effectively through strong communication skills and conflict management techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management or a similar HR department role with comprehensive knowledge of employment law in talent management.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and personnel administration.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever; HRIS platforms such as Workday or UltiPro; and data analysis tools like Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards including OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and employment law in various jurisdictions.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.

Pay: $61,006.70 - $73,470.44 per year
