- Coordinate offer processes and work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to support successful hires.
- Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and time-to-fill.
- Help strengthen the organization's employment brand and reputation as an employer of choice.

- Support employee relations by providing guidance and assisting in the resolution of workplace concerns.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Assist HR leadership with HRIS audits, reporting, and process improvements.
- Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist with ongoing HR projects and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and employee success.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of HR experience, with significant hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and developing recruiting strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
