Duties

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
• Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to promote continuous development and recognize high performers.
• Support benefits administration by explaining plans, processing enrollments, and handling employee inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and HR legal standards through diligent regulatory management.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and assist in organization design projects to optimize workforce structure.
• Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Utilize HRIS and ATS platforms for data collection, reporting, and analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
• Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, and project management within HR functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel data analysis), HR systems (such as UltiPro, Taleo, Lever), and payroll processing tools.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, affirmative action planning, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques including ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or Workday for effective recruiting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change initiatives while maintaining focus on strategic planning objectives.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in training & development programs and employee evaluation procedures.
