We provide professional services for clients throughout the Philadelphia area. We are looking for an organized, proactive HR Generalist to join our team and support our growing workforce of professionals.

Job Summary

As the HR Generalist, you will manage day-to-day HR functions with a strong focus on the unique needs of or specific industry. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and employee relations for both our office staff and field personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire high-quality staff.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Handle new-hire orientations, background checks, drug screenings, and strict verification of required licenses and permits.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and manage disciplinary actions fairly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital personnel files, training certifications, and employee certification renewals
• Payroll Support: Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and resolving payroll or scheduling discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Coordinator, preferably in high-volume staffing or field-service industries.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as background screening protocols.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be able to work reliably on-site at our Philadelphia office.
