Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Our client is an industrial sector leader dedicated to operational excellence. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their site team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational capability, leading employee relations, and partnering directly with leadership to navigate labor policies and operational growth. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Managing employee relations and leading compliance-based investigations autonomously.
• Serving as the primary company representative in dispute resolution, arbitration proceedings, and open-door review processes.
• Partnering with site leadership and operations teams to guide performance management, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
• Analyzing workforce metrics including turnover rates, overtime trends, and time system data to shape strategic planning and forecast staffing needs.
• Administering HR programs, policies, and training systems while safeguarding the privacy and integrity of employee personnel and compensation records.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional combination including a High School Diploma and relevant industrial experience).
• 2 to 6+ years of professional HR experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, mining, or fast-paced operational settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in independently handling employee relations, workplace conflict resolution, and formal investigations.
• Strong consultative and coaching abilities with a proven track record of influencing leadership and building trusted stakeholder partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, resilience, and decision-making skills with a high standard of professional integrity and confidentiality.
