Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and understand organizational policies.
• Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration inquiries while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations such as FMLA and workers' compensation laws.
• Support performance management initiatives by facilitating employee evaluations, providing coaching on HR policies, and assisting with succession planning efforts.
• Lead change management projects by developing strategic plans that align workforce management with organizational goals.
• Maintain HRIS systems and utilize Excel data analysis for reporting on HR metrics, workforce data collection, and compliance tracking.
• Promote positive employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, managing employee communication channels, and supporting HR legal compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or related roles within an HR department environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, regulatory compliance management, and HR legal standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruitment strategies, and personnel administration using ATS platforms such as Kenexa BrassRing or Lever.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis and report generation; experience with HR systems like UltiPro, Dayforce, or Oracle HCM is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly and effectively manage employee relations.
• Skilled in project management techniques with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with training & development programs, affirmative action planning, organization design, and workforce planning strategies.

Pay: $80,700.00 - $93,200.00 per year
