Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

Duties

• Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and understand organizational policies.
• Oversee employee evaluation and performance management processes to promote continuous development and recognize high performers.
• Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring accurate processing and communication.
• Support change management initiatives by facilitating organizational design projects, succession planning, and workforce restructuring efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and HR legal standards through diligent regulatory management.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining confidentiality.

Skills

• Extensive experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency in HR sourcing tools like ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Lever) and social media management for recruiting purposes.
• Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and data analysis using Excel or similar tools for HR data collection and reporting.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance across all HR functions including personnel administration and contracts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and facilitate training & development sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through project management methodologies while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills for handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $57,400.00 - $69,200.00 per year
