We're Hiring: HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation and compensation and benefits administration.
• Implement HR policies and support employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, performance management, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
