HR Generalist

Compensation: $80,000 annually

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain broad exposure to human resources within a highly professional and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is polished, articulate, professional, and highly organized , with strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support benefits administration and employee data management
• Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and new-hire processes
• Help coordinate employee communications and HR programs
• Partner with internal teams on various HR initiatives and projects
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–2 years of professional HR experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Polished and professional presentation
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach

Schedule

The role will initially require 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week during the ramp-up period. Once fully trained and ramped, the schedule will transition to 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week .

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an annualized salary of $80,000 .
