The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and versatile HR Generalist to support core HR functions across our organization. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in driving full-cycle recruitment, managing leave administration, maintaining policy compliance, and championing employee engagement. What You’ll Do

• 1. Talent Acquisition & Program Oversight

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the full recruitment cycle, managing our Applicant Tracking System and postings across platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.

• Onboarding & Prescreening: Conduct new hire prescreening, including background checks, I-9 verification, and reference checks.

• Internship Program: Direct and oversee the Trademark Internship Program to engage and develop early-career talent.

• 2. Employee Relations & Policy Governance

• Employment Inquiries: Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors with professionalism, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager or VP of HR as needed.

• Policy & Compliance: Create, revise, and review HR policies and procedures to maintain alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.

• Industry Knowledge: Stay current on HR trends, new technologies, regulatory updates, and talent management practices.

• 3. Operations & Leave Administration

• Leave Management: Manage the comprehensive leave administration process, including FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and personal leave.

• Backup Operations: Serve as a reliable primary backup for payroll processing and benefits administration.

• Departmental Support: Perform other HR operations and projects as assigned.

Requirements What You Bring to the Table

• Education & Experience

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven Tenure: At least 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.

• Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR credential is a plus.
