Human Resources Generalist

Position Overview

The HR Generalist will support the Talent Acquisition team at a Fortune 100 company with seasonal hiring for a two-month assignment. This role will focus on supporting store-level hiring processes, coordinating new hires with recruiters, and utilizing the Paradox hiring system.

The position involves working within established human resources procedures and guidelines, with support from the Talent Acquisition team and hiring management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with seasonal hiring across retail store locations.
• Assist with store-level hiring processes and coordinate new hires in collaboration with recruiters.
• Utilize the Paradox hiring system to support recruitment and hiring activities.
• Process HR-related paperwork and documentation according to established procedures.
• Provide administrative support for human resources and recruitment operations.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines while working under supervision.
• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to support seasonal hiring needs.

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with hiring systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems, with an expected training period of approximately one week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to support hiring coordination activities.
• Ability to follow established procedures, instructions, and HR guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
