We are currently seeking for a dynamic candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration and HR policy implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to offer generation.
• Administer new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Provide advice and support on employee relations and performance management.
• Administer benefits programs and act as a liaison with providers.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records.
• Support HR projects and initiatives
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Educations and Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Active pursuit or completion of CHRP is considered an asset
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Valid G driver's license with a clear driver's abstract and access to a vehicle to respond to emergency situations.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
