HR Generalist – Rewards & HR Data

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking HR Generalist to support key HR activities, with a strong focus on Rewards, HR Data Management, Job Descriptions, Promotions and Employee Transfers .

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate employee data while supporting effective and consistent HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support rewards and compensation activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking and employee reward data analysis.
• Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
• Develop, review and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with organisational structures and job requirements.
• Coordinate employee promotions, internal transfers and other employee movements in line with HR policies and approval processes.
• Support job evaluations, role changes and updates to organisational structures.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, confidentiality requirements and established procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in rewards, HR data, job evaluation or employee lifecycle management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR information systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage confidential information.
