The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, process-driven Senior Generalist to manage standard and complex casework across both the core employee lifecycle and global mobility stream.
This is an execution-focused role designed for an HR Operations professional who thrives in structured digital environments, possesses deep transaction experience in enterprise tools, and approaches complex inquiries with sound judgment, urgency, and composure.
Key Responsibilities
- People Solutions — Full Lifecycle Delivery
- Handheld and resolve complex, escalated, or sensitive employee and manager inquiries across onboarding, mid-lifecycle transfers, role changes, and offboarding.
- Directly execute end-to-end employee lifecycle business processes within Workday and log/manage requests within ServiceNow.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and drive process standardization to enhance scalability.
- Global Mobility — Case Support
- Manage cross-border mobility cases—including immigration, relocation, and tax/compliance considerations—from initiation to completion.
- Partner with business managers and employees to provide clear, proactive guidance on immigration timelines and relocation requirements.
- Apply established mobility policies to ensure regulatory compliance across employment law, tax, and visa controls, escalating risks when appropriate.
- Operational Excellence & System Administration
- Maintain audit-ready data integrity across Workday, ServiceNow, and vendor platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, TA, and IT to align timelines and dependencies.
- Maintain current working knowledge of regional employment and immigration regulations (EMEA/NAMER).
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years in HR Operations / HR Shared Services: Proven track record handling a high volume of complex casework across the full employee lifecycle.
- Hands-On Workday Lifecycle Expertise: Direct, day-to-day transactional experience navigating Workday Core HR business processes (e.g., job changes, reorganizations, terminations, transfers). (Note: Experience limited to Workday ATS or basic portal usage will not suffice for this role).
- Structured Case Management System Experience: Demonstrated experience utilizing ticket-driven workflows (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira) to manage case SLAs and user requests.
- Global Mobility Exposure: Working knowledge of immigration pathways, cross-border compliance, and relocation logistics—either via direct case management or tight alignment with Mobility CoEs.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Expertise: Direct experience managing tier-2/tier-3 HR service requests within an established ServiceNow environment.
- High adaptability, strong attention to detail, and experience working in fast-paced, multi-region teams.
