Human Resources Generalist

Must Reside in California

Pay Rate: $28/hr.

Full-time

The ideal candidate will be responsible for i-9 completion, new hire orientation, recruiting support and onboarding, employee termination, custodian of records, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts i-9, and employee termination process
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration support, timesheet audit
• Timesheet corrections
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Serve as the Custodian of Records for the DOJ
• Serve as a Mandated Reporter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources & Payroll
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to pass a background check according to DOJ, FBI guidelines
• Acclimation with CRM, Salesforce preferred
