Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR activities at a manufacturing facility. This person will work closely with the HR Manager and supervisors to support employees, resolve workplace concerns, and keep HR processes organized.

Responsibilities:

• Answer employee questions about policies, benefits, and leave.
• Help address employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
• Support attendance tracking, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
• Coordinate employee leaves and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system information.
• Assist with employee training, engagement, and safety initiatives.
• Follow company policies and applicable employment requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Experience handling employee relations, recruiting, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
• Experience using HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Related bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
