About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the company's day-to-day human resource operations and payroll administration. The successful candidate will oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, employee records, payroll processing, statutory contributions, attendance management, employee relations, and compliance with applicable Malaysian employment laws and regulations. The candidate must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and ensure that all HR and payroll matters are handled accurately and efficiently.

About you

• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and payroll administration
• Practical knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
• Experience in handling full-cycle payroll processing and employee administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR or payroll software
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, business associates, or employees
