Human Resources (HR) Executive

About the role

Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and claims administration.
• Maintain complete employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Address employee grievances, performance appraisals, and internal policy enforcement.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of generalist HR experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB requirements.
• Experience using HRIS/payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of confidentiality, strong interpersonal communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
