About Praavyax Research

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and application screening.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding schedules and updates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing internship offer letters and on-boarding documents.
• Support intern coordination and routine HR administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and company records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing an MBA in the first or second year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Compensation: Unpaid
