Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Zuvomo is an established advisory and growth firm with 8+ years of experience working with startups and emerging companies. In this role, you’ll also support hiring and HR operations for KillShill, our fast-growing AI-powered platform focused on bringing transparency to trading influencers and signals.

This is a hands-on HR role with real ownership. You’ll work directly on recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR processes rather than just observing or handling routine administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the selected Intern:

• Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and hiring channels.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate with team members and managers throughout the hiring process.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and internal HR processes.
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as required.

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with candidates and team members.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership.
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
